Associate, Investment Associate – Venture Investing

Savano Capital Partners is looking for an Investment Associate to join their Baltimore team. This role is a mix of sourcing new investment opportunities and executing due diligence. You’ll work closely with partners and have a chance to make a real impact in the firm. If you have a background in finance and a passion for technology, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Source new investment opportunities and build relationships.
• Manage the investment pipeline and CRM.
• Drive investment diligence and analysis.
• Monitor and support portfolio companies.
• Contribute to internal initiatives for improvement.

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or venture capital.
• Strong foundation in accounting and finance.
• Ability to model company financials and perform valuation analysis.
• Intellectual curiosity and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships.
• Based in Baltimore or willing to relocate.
