This role involves providing high-quality financial and investment analysis while supporting various tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive and enjoy working with a talented team to tackle challenges in the food value chain.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and conduct due diligence on private investments in the food value chain
- Build and modify cash flow and valuation models
- Prepare investment memorandums and present findings
- Assist in managing deal execution processes
- Partner with legal counsel to review and negotiate deal terms
- Conduct industry research and analysis
- Support fundraising initiatives and investor needs
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to create financial models and understand accounting principles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
