Associate, Investment Associate – Venture Investing

Vendep Capital is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team. This role involves sourcing new deals, analyzing investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio companies. What You’ll Do

• Source new deal flow by connecting with high-growth company founders.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Support the execution of investments and help portfolio companies.
• Build and use AI tools for sourcing and analysis.

What You Need

• At least two years of experience in an investment environment.
• Ability to take ownership and build conviction in your role.
• Established networks with founders and investors.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work on-site in Espoo.
