Associate, Investment Associate – Antler Elevate

Antler is looking for an Investment Associate to join their Elevate Global Fund in London. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior team members to source and evaluate high-potential startups, primarily at Series A and B stages. You’ll be involved in the entire investment lifecycle, from sourcing to post-investment support. This is a hands-on position for someone who is curious about technology and entrepreneurship.

What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities globally, focusing on Europe.
• Analyze markets and technology trends across various sectors.
• Lead and support investment diligence, including market sizing and competitive analysis.
• Prepare and present investment memos for internal decision-making.
• Support deal execution and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Work with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives post-investment.
• Build relationships with founders and ecosystem partners.
• Help improve internal investment processes and tools.

What You Need

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with both business and technical topics.
• Ability to engage with founders and translate technical concepts into business implications.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and business analytics.
• Curiosity about technology and startups.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive and organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Interest in the European startup and venture ecosystem.
