Associate, Investment Associate – Venture Investing

CloudHQ, LLC is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in San Francisco. In this role, you’ll assist with investment proposals, conduct market research, and support the management of existing investments. What You’ll Do

• Help prepare and evaluate investment proposals and committee papers.
• Lead transaction due diligence and execution, including financial modeling.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on developments.
• Work with senior professionals to analyze new investment opportunities.
• Assist in managing existing investments and implementing new initiatives.
• Support portfolio companies in executing their business plans.
• Maintain relationships with industry professionals and stakeholders.

What You Need

• 2-4 years of experience in Private Equity or M&A Advisory.
• Proven track record of executing relevant deals.
• Strong quantitative skills with advanced financial modeling abilities.
• Independent and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on returns.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong academic background in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
