Associate, Investment Associate – Venture Investing

CloudHQ, LLC is looking for an Investment Associate in San Francisco. In this role, you’ll assist with investment proposals, lead due diligence, and conduct market research. What You’ll Do

• Help prepare and evaluate investment proposals.
• Lead transaction due diligence and execution.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Private Equity or M&A Advisory.
• Proven track record of executing relevant deals.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
