Associate, Investment Associate – Venture Investing

Exponent is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. In this role, you’ll lead investment diligence and research while collaborating closely with experienced founders. You’ll have the opportunity to manage significant parts of the investment lifecycle and contribute to a well-capitalized investment platform focused on growth through acquisitions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the investment diligence process from start to finish.
• Research and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Manage transaction activities and liaise with external advisors.
• Support existing portfolio companies with strategic initiatives.
