Associate, Investment Associate – Venture Investing

Flashpoint is looking for an Investment Associate/Analyst to join their team in New York. This role involves analyzing financial data, sourcing investment opportunities, and participating in due diligence processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a passion for technology. What You’ll Do

• Analyze financial data and create financial models.
• Source and evaluate investment opportunities in tech companies.
• Prepare documents for investment evaluations and committee meetings.
• Participate in due diligence and business plan preparation.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and attend management meetings.
• Prepare investor updates and portfolio reports.
• Assist in fundraising efforts.

What You Need

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• University degree from a top university.
• CFA or equivalent is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or venture capital.
• Excellent analytical skills and a passion for technology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
