Associate, Investment Associate – Venture Investing

LG Electronics North America is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you’ll assist with the investment process, from sourcing deals to conducting due diligence. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with top venture capitalists and help manage portfolio companies. What You’ll Do

• Assist investment directors with the entire investment process, from sourcing deals to due diligence.
• Communicate regularly with the business development team to align investment strategies.
• Develop investment theses based on financial and strategic analysis.
• Network with top-tier VCs and CVCs to find premium deals.
• Work with external counsel for legal due diligence.
• Help manage portfolio companies after investment.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical, Material Science, or Computer Science.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting, investment banking, or venture capital.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or as part of a team.
