Associate, Investment Operations – Real Estate

The Blackstone Real Estate Partners is looking for an Associate in Investment Operations. This role involves collaborating with various teams to support fund operations and ensure compliance. You’ll be managing investor inquiries, capital calls, and financial reporting while also working on process improvements. What You’ll Do

• Work with investment teams and advisors to support transactions
• Handle investor inquiries about fund activities
• Coordinate with accounting and legal teams for accurate reporting
• Manage capital calls and ensure compliance
• Oversee expense processes and SPV-level accounting
• Design and maintain efficient operational processes

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting, private equity fund accounting, or operations
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
