Associate, Investment Team

Bloom Equity Partners is looking for an Associate to join their Investment Team in New York. In this role, you’ll be involved in all stages of the investment lifecycle, from sourcing deals to supporting portfolio companies. You’ll work closely with senior professionals and have the chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing firm. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of investment experience who wants to grow in the private equity space.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis and financial assessments of potential targets.
• Build detailed financial models for prospective investments.
• Lead due diligence workstreams and coordinate with external advisors.
• Support portfolio companies in improving operational efficiencies.
• Monitor portfolio performance through financial analysis.

What You Need

• 2-4 years of experience in private equity or growth equity.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and due diligence.
• Excellent analytical abilities to make clear investment recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree from a top university; CFA progress or MBA is a plus.
