Associate, Investment Team

Summit Partners is looking for an Associate to join their Investment Team in either Boston or Menlo Park. This role is perfect for someone with a couple of years of experience in finance who is eager to dive into research and investment opportunities. You’ll work closely with a talented team, engage with industry leaders, and help manage exciting portfolio companies.

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify compelling investment opportunities.
• Engage with entrepreneurs and executives to develop new ideas.
• Build relationships and attend industry events to gain knowledge.
• Conduct due diligence and quantitative analysis on investments.
• Help manage relationships with portfolio companies.

What You Need

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, direct investing, or consulting.
• Strong academic background, typically with a GPA of 3.6 or higher.
• Proven leadership skills and achievements.
• Passionate, hardworking, and positive attitude.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
