-- DESRI is looking for an Associate in Investment & Acquisitions to join their team in Greenwood Village, CO. In this role, you’ll be involved in financial modeling, due diligence, and supporting transaction negotiations. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for renewable energy and a desire to grow in the finance sector.
What You’ll Do
- Build and review financial models for investment decisions.
- Lead due diligence and manage third-party deliverables.
- Support transaction leads in negotiations for financing and acquisitions.
- Analyze project returns and optimize capital structures.
- Identify risks and potential upsides in projects.
What You Need
- Undergraduate degree required.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong financial modeling skills, preferably in Excel.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Interest in renewable energy projects is a plus.
