- Be the go-to expert for AV’s fundraising playbook and help refine it.
- Work with different departments to improve customer satisfaction.
- Turn feedback from customers into actionable improvements.
- Track customer satisfaction metrics and work on initiatives to enhance the experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Use technology to streamline workflows and improve engagement.
What You Need
- 1-3+ years in customer service or sales, especially with high-net-worth individuals.
- Experience communicating with sophisticated audiences via email and phone.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tools.
- Strong work ethic and relationship-building skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
- Experience in improving processes and operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of venture capital is a plus.
