What You’ll Do
- Communicate with equity and debt providers and manage investor reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for investor roadshows and conferences.
- Manage data requests for investor and analyst due diligence sessions.
- Play a lead role in the quarterly earnings process.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from financial analysts and investors.
- Monitor and analyze sell-side research and competitor performance.
- Track changes in the shareholder base to inform engagement strategies.
What You Need
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Equity Research.
- Experience supporting a company through significant liquidity events like an IPO.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IR-specific platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
