Associate, Investor Relations

Davlyn Investments is looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join their team in Del Mar, CA. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience in investment management, especially in real estate. You’ll work closely with the CEO and CFO, managing investor communications and relationships while enjoying a collaborative work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and manage investor communications like reports and updates.
• Be the main point of contact for investors, providing top-notch service.
• Track investor correspondence to ensure everything is followed up on.
• Manage the Juniper Square platform for investor access to documents.
• Oversee the investor subscription process and related documentation.
• Help organize investor events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the CFO on financial reports and presentations.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years supporting C-level executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with investor relations platforms like Juniper Square is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
