Associate, Investor Relations

Hudson Structured Capital Management is looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join their team in New York. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in investment management. You’ll be involved in preparing investor communications, analyzing fund performance, and supporting investor meetings. What You’ll Do

• Help prepare and send out investor communications like letters and updates.
• Compile and analyze fund performance data for reports.
• Assist in organizing investor meetings and follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM systems to track interactions and fundraising activities.
• Support the onboarding process for new investors.
• Conduct research to identify potential investors.

What You Need

• At least 3 years of experience in investment management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Knowledge of insurance capital markets is a plus.
