This role involves supporting capital raising and marketing activities for their Real Estate business. You’ll be creating marketing materials, conducting research, and working closely with various teams to provide information to investors. What You’ll Do
- Create marketing materials and presentations for investors
- Support fundraising efforts for private funds
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Prepare due diligence materials and respond to requests
- Work with various teams to gather and synthesize information
- Coordinate logistics for investor meetings and conferences
- Streamline processes for data management
- Assist in strategic projects for business development
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Understanding of Real Estate and Private Equity
- Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Series 7 and 63 or ability to obtain within 120 days
