Associate, Investor Relations

Rock Solid Capital Investments LLC is looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join their capital-raising team. This role involves managing warm leads from accredited investors and guiding them through the investment process. With no cold calling required, you’ll focus on building relationships and educating investors about the fund. The position offers a competitive base salary with significant earning potential through performance bonuses.

What You’ll Do

• Manage warm inbound leads from accredited investors.
• Educate and build trust with potential investors.
• Present the fund and guide investors through the allocation process.
• No cold calling involved.
• Work with a marketing system that generates qualified leads weekly.

What You Need

• 5+ years in sales experience.
• 2+ years of real estate experience.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals is preferred.
• Background in private equity or wealth management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Must be U.S.-based.
