-- Sovereign’s Capital is looking for an Associate in Investor Relations to join their Nashville team. This role is all about providing excellent support to limited partners and ensuring smooth operations within the Investor Relations team. If you have a knack for organization and a passion for client service, this could be a great fit for you. You’ll be working closely with various teams to enhance the investor experience and help the firm grow.
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to person for investor support, ensuring timely and friendly responses.
- Build and maintain systems to track all investor queries.
- Guide limited partners through the subscription document process.
- Manage investor onboarding workflows and ensure smooth transitions.
- Coordinate with finance and investment teams on important notices and updates.
- Keep organized data rooms and assist with investor diligence requests.
- Help plan and execute investor events.
- Work with various teams to ensure a great experience for investors.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in client relations, operations, or sales.
- Experience in investment management is preferred.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred).
- Exceptionally organized with a passion for detail and timelines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—enjoys building and improving processes.
- High prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple workflows.
