Associate, Investor Services

Ares Management is looking for an Associate in their Investor Services team in Hong Kong. This role involves supporting investor onboarding, managing data rooms, and collaborating with various teams to enhance processes. What You’ll Do

• Support project management efforts within the Investor Services team
• Work with various teams to streamline processes
• Assist with investor onboarding and document review
• Capture and maintain investor data
• Respond to investor inquiries promptly
• Manage investor data rooms and document maintenance
• Help develop and implement new workflows
• Build a network across the firm and with external vendors

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of experience in investment or financial services
• Strong team player who enjoys collaboration
• Eager to learn about alternative investments
• High attention to detail and customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Salesforce or Intralinks is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
