Associate, Investor Services

General Atlantic is looking for an Associate to join their Investor Services Team in Stamford, CT. This role involves managing the operational aspects of the firm’s Investor Portal and ensuring accurate communication with investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and experience in financial services operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and post investor documents on the GA Investor Portal
• Perform quality control reviews and address discrepancies
• Administer user access and maintain security standards
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure proper communication
• Track engagement analytics and manage communication campaigns

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services operations or investor relations
• Experience with investor portals and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of private equity fund lifecycles and documentation
