Associate, Investor Success

DLP Capital is looking for an Investor Success Associate to join their team in St. Augustine, FL. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new capital investments and providing top-notch service to existing investors. You’ll make calls, hold meetings, and gather referrals while embodying the company’s core values. What You’ll Do

• Make daily calls to new prospects and existing investors.
• Meet with potential investors one-on-one, either in person or via Zoom.
• Provide exceptional service to investors and gather referrals.
• Hold quarterly alignment meetings with investors.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage relationships and track progress.

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in financial services or real estate preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of investment products and financial services.
• Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
• Sales experience is preferred.
