What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners in Asia.
- Drive sales to meet fundraising goals for Carlyle Private Wealth.
- Identify new distribution opportunities with banks and asset managers.
- Create tailored client deliverables to showcase the firm’s capabilities.
- Participate in client meetings to present funds and products.
- Track business metrics and assist in developing sales strategies.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial services, especially in alternatives sales.
- Strong network in Greater China, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
