Associate, Liquid Credit Investor Relations

Ares Management is looking for an Associate to join their Liquid Credit Investor Relations team. In this role, you’ll support investor communications and help manage data and reporting. You’ll work closely with Product Specialists to create materials and assist in client meetings. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a leading investment firm.

What You’ll Do

• Support Product Specialists with investor relations and communications.
• Produce portfolio reports and respond to investor requests.
• Update and maintain data in consultant databases and RFPs.
• Help create client materials and marketing collateral.
• Ensure data integrity in response databases.
• Assist in client meetings and prepare necessary materials.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, accounting, or marketing.
• 2-4 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in fixed income.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and SIE licenses required (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
