Associate, Liquid Tokens Investing

DCG is looking for an Associate to join their Liquid Tokens team in Stamford, CT. This role involves researching and investing in liquid tokens, blending fundamental and on-chain analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crypto markets and excellent communication skills. You’ll be responsible for identifying investment opportunities and producing high-quality research to support decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate liquid token investment opportunities in crypto markets.
• Lead the underwriting process from research to execution.
• Produce high-quality written research for internal decision-making.
• Stay updated on market trends and dynamics.
• Manage relationships with token projects and industry participants.
• Collaborate with teams to monitor portfolio performance.
• Contribute to building the firm’s brand in liquid crypto markets.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, computer science, or related field; advanced degree or CFA is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in crypto markets, especially in liquid token investing or trading.
• Strong writing skills for research and investment memos.
• Good understanding of crypto market structures and tokenomics.
• Established network in liquid crypto markets.
• Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
