-- Antler is looking for a Finance Associate to join their team in Stockholm. In this role, you’ll support finance operations across the Nordics, working closely with the Finance Manager and local partners. You’ll handle everything from accounting to compliance, with real ownership from day one. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the early-stage startup ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Manage monthly accounts and provide detailed variance analysis
- Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting
- Analyze fund performance and produce quarterly reports
- Support treasury, cash flow, and supplier payments
- Lead payroll and tax compliance across Nordic entities
- Coordinate annual audits with external auditors
- Ensure timely reporting to investors and regulators
What You Need
- At least one year of experience in finance, accounting, or business management
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can manage tasks independently
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong quantitative skills
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple workflows
- Proactive communicator, comfortable presenting to partners
- Interest in improving processes, ideally with experience in AI
- Experience in VC or fund accounting is a bonus
