Associate, PE Engagement

Miri Capital is looking for a Korean PE / Engagement Associate to help maximize shareholder value in Korean companies. This role involves engaging with public and private portfolio companies, managing deal processes, and advising on M&A strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity and a network in the Korean market.

What You’ll Do

What You Need

• Experience in private equity or engagement funds in Korea.
• Strong network in the Korean investment community.

• Familiarity with financial analysis tools like Bloomberg or Capital IQ.
• Graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
