What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong academic performance
- 2-5 years of professional experience
- Interest in financial markets, geopolitics, and macroeconomic trends
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across teams in a large organization
- Intellectual curiosity and proactive mindset
- Experience in government or public policy is a plus
