What You’ll Do

- Work on add-on acquisitions or refinancing transactions.
What You Need
- 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Credit.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and credit analysis.
- Excellent Excel skills, including building LBO models.
- Good understanding of financial valuation methods and capital structures.
- Strong research and due diligence abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
