Associate, Private Credit Investing

Bain Capital is looking for a PM Associate in their Private Credit group in New York. This role involves analyzing portfolio positions, supporting fund structuring, and contributing to strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely with a talented team and have the chance to engage in meaningful financial analysis and communication with senior management and investors.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze portfolio positioning and capitalization across funds.
• Support in structuring and executing funds and financing structures.

What You Need

• Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of high performance.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in credit markets like leveraged lending or private credit.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex analyses clearly.
• Strong financial statement analysis and modeling abilities.
• Good understanding of public and private capital markets and corporate securities.
