Associate, Private Credit Investing

Ivy Asset Group is looking for an Associate to join their investment team in Charleston, SC. This role involves underwriting and managing private credit investments, working closely with senior professionals. You’ll have the chance to develop your credit judgment and take on increasing responsibilities over time. What You’ll Do

• Underwrite new asset-based and specialty finance investments.
• Build and maintain financial models for deals.
• Prepare investment committee memoranda.
• Conduct due diligence and industry research.
• Monitor portfolio investments and communicate with borrowers.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in private credit or similar fields.
• Strong financial statement analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for building financial models.
• Knowledge of credit documentation and loan agreements.
• Ability to write clear and concise investment views.
