What You’ll Do
- Identify and evaluate potential fund partners for investments.
- Conduct financial and industry due diligence on investment opportunities.
- Assist in managing and monitoring existing investments.
- Prepare investment recommendations and coordinate closing procedures.
- Lead analytical projects related to private equity.
- Complete periodic reviews and valuations of current investments.
What You Need
- 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
- Experience with private equity funds and co-investments is a plus.
- Strong financial modeling skills to analyze investment opportunities.
- Undergraduate degree in finance or related field is required.
- MBA, CFA, or CA designation is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
