-- Tikehau Capital is looking for an Investment Associate to join their Private Equity team in Singapore. In this role, you’ll be involved in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analyses, and assisting in due diligence processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in finance who wants to grow their career in private equity.
What You’ll Do
- Support the team in finding and evaluating new investment opportunities.
- Conduct financial modeling and market research.
- Assist in due diligence processes and coordinate with advisors.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal committees.
- Monitor and manage portfolio companies and track their performance.
- Collaborate with senior team members and other stakeholders.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong preference for candidates with direct PE or M&A execution experience.
- Ability to build and review financial models and perform valuation analyses.
- Experience in due diligence processes and coordinating with external advisers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive team player with a strong work ethic.
