Associate, Private Equity Buyout Investing

Apogem Capital is looking for an Associate in Private Equity to join their team in Richmond, VA. What You’ll Do

• Support the investment process from sourcing to monitoring

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of experience in private markets, investment banking, or consulting
• Strong interest in private equity and investment management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Familiarity with data automation tools is a plus
