Arable Capital Partners is looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their team in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you’ll work closely with portfolio companies and evaluate new investment opportunities. You’ll be responsible for financial analysis, building models, and supporting due diligence processes. What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate new investment opportunities and analyze risks and returns.
  • Build and update financial models for acquisitions.
  • Support due diligence processes and create investment summaries.
  • Engage with portfolio company management to drive performance improvements.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and operational initiatives.

What You Need

  • 2-3 years of experience in M&A, consulting, or private equity.
  • Experience in food and agriculture is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for food and agriculture.
