Associate, Private Equity Buyout Investing

Bayview Asset Management is looking for an Associate in Private Equity to join their New York team. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of complex transactions and help evaluate and monitor investments. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in finance who wants to grow in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and analyze detailed financial models and valuations
• Drive diligence workstreams and coordinate with third-party advisors
• Prepare investment committee materials and deal summaries
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives
• Conduct market and industry research

What You Need

• 1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Detail-oriented and collaborative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
