What You’ll Do

- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
- Support the structuring and negotiation of legal documentation.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and provide insights for improvements.
- Engage in open discussions and integrate feedback in decision-making.
What You Need
- Strong academic background from a reputable university; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
- 2-8 years of experience in growth-stage private equity investment or investment banking.
- Knowledge in sectors like General Industrial, Emerging Technologies, New Energy, Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Advanced Technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
