Associate, Private Equity Buyout Investing

What You’ll Do

• Conduct due diligence and financial analysis on investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess company performance.
• Prepare materials for investment committee meetings.
• Collaborate with teams and advisors during transactions.
• Support portfolio companies through strategic initiatives.
• Engage with management teams to assess market trends.

What You Need

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for investing.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for team success.
• Fluency in Dutch is required for one of the positions.
