Associate, Private Equity Buyout

Leon Capital Group is looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their Direct Investments Team in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing investment opportunities and working closely with portfolio companies to drive growth. What You’ll Do

• Manage and execute new investment opportunities.
• Lead financial analysis and due diligence on investments.
• Support management of existing investments and prepare corporate reporting.
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams to drive growth.
• Execute key initiatives in corporate finance and business development.
• Partner with executives to identify and scale new growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with the broader platform for insights into operations.

What You Need

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with a good sense of business strategy.
• Experience in driving execution through deal processes or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading academic institution.
• Willingness to relocate to Dallas and work in-person.
