Associate, Private Equity Buyout

Seaside Equity Partners is looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their team in San Diego. In this role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the investment process, from evaluating acquisitions to working with portfolio companies. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in investment banking or consulting who wants to dive deeper into private equity.

What You’ll Do

• Help evaluate and execute acquisitions
• Conduct thorough business due diligence and market research
• Develop financial models and write investment memoranda
• Participate in site visits and management presentations
• Work closely with portfolio companies on growth initiatives
• Source new investment opportunities

What You Need

• 1+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity
• Motivated self-starter eager to contribute in a dynamic environment
• Strong team player with excellent people skills
• Project management skills are a plus
