Associate, Private Equity Buyout

Tobin Capital Group is looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their team in San Francisco. In this role, you’ll be involved in sourcing deals, conducting market analysis, and supporting the investment process. What You’ll Do

• Source potential investment deals and build industry relationships.
• Conduct market analysis and initial screenings of opportunities.
• Develop financial models to evaluate investment scenarios.
• Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Prepare materials for investment committee meetings and support closing processes.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with a focus on excellence.
• 2+ years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Financial Consulting, or Real Estate.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in teams and handle fast-paced environments.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
