Associate, Private Equity Buyout

Vesey Street Capital Partners is looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their team in New York. In this role, you’ll be involved in financial modeling, investment evaluations, and due diligence within the healthcare services sector. You’ll work closely with senior team members and have the chance to monitor portfolio companies while preparing materials for Board meetings. What You’ll Do

• Work closely with senior team members to find and assess new investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial modeling and prepare investment memos and presentations.
• Monitor portfolio companies and communicate with management teams.
• Prepare materials for Board Meetings and communicate with Limited Partners.
• Support various tasks related to deal analysis and execution.
• Analyze the firm’s investment pipeline continuously.

What You Need

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, with strong academic performance.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in investment banking.
• Experience in deal processes and completion.
• Excellent financial modeling and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven track record of strong performance and teamwork.
