Associate, Private Equity Buyout

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct due diligence
• Develop financial models to assess company performance
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for investment discussions
• Support transaction execution across various workstreams
• Monitor portfolio company performance and key business drivers
• Collaborate with management teams on strategic priorities

What You Need

• Completed undergraduate degree in 2025 or earlier
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Good communication skills for preparing materials for senior stakeholders
• Interest in enterprise software and technology trends
• Ability to work independently and in a team
