What You’ll Do
- Build Excel models to value companies and funds
- Prepare deal memos and assist in presentations
- Represent GIC during due diligence and monitoring
- Coordinate with other strategy groups on investment opportunities
- Maintain market and deal databases
- Assist in deal closing with legal counsel
What You Need
- 2-3 years in investment banking, private equity, or similar work experience
- BA is required with top academic qualifications
- Maturity, presence, and strong communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office and corporate finance
- Excel valuation modeling skills
- VBA or programming experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CapitalIQ and foreign languages is a bonus
