What You’ll Do
- Support the origination and execution of private investment grade transactions.
- Build and maintain financial models for valuation and cash flow analysis.
- Conduct credit analysis and prepare investment recommendations.

- Maintain relationships with issuers and monitor portfolio performance.

What You Need
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience in investment banking or private credit.
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance; CFA or MBA is a plus.
- Experience in building financial models and conducting valuations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in credit analysis.
- Familiarity with legal documentation and covenant review.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting investment recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
