Associate, Private Investments Valuation

Point72 is looking for an Associate in Private Investments Valuation to join their team in New York. In this role, you’ll manage valuations across a wide range of private investment asset classes. What You’ll Do

• Cover a variety of private investment asset classes.
• Coordinate with deal teams for valuation reviews.
• Build and maintain valuation models.
• Present analysis and fair value recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio company progress and events.
• Review valuation and P&L reporting.

What You Need

• 2-5 years of experience in private equity valuation.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing financial statements and valuing companies.
• Knowledge of legal agreements and their impact on investment value.
• Strong Excel modeling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
