Associate, Quantitative Strategist

Apollo Global Management is looking for an Associate, Quantitative Strategist to join their Hybrid team. This role focuses on leveraging AI and technology to enhance investment processes and decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with investment teams to identify AI opportunities and help implement new tools and strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Help develop and execute AI strategies for the Hybrid team.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases to improve investment processes.
• Conduct training sessions to help teams adopt AI tools.
• Work with engineering teams to design and deploy AI tools.
• Evaluate external AI vendors and tools.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance; advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative finance, data engineering, or applied AI/ML in investment.
• Familiarity with financial data APIs and data pipelines.
• Understanding of credit markets and investment workflows.
• Experience with credit analysis workflows.
• Strong Python skills.
