What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance principles.
• Experience in office or retail real estate is a plus.
• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Excel.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret real estate documents.
