$303B TPG is looking for a motivated Associate to join their Real Estate and Net Lease Client Services Group. In this role, you’ll support investor reporting and capital raising efforts across various real estate strategies. You’ll work closely with portfolio managers and other teams to ensure clients receive timely and accurate information. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a leading asset management firm.
What You’ll Do
- Organize and respond to client reporting requests
- Ensure timely responses to investor inquiries about performance and capital accounts
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to prepare client update materials
- Coordinate content for investor conferences and meetings
- Work with various teams to provide comprehensive client reporting
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in investor relations, finance, or real estate
- Proactive and organized with strong project management skills
- Strong quantitative abilities, with a preference for accounting or financial analysis experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Technical proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to build relationships across various internal teams
- Attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information
