Associate, Real Estate Strategic Investments

This role is for an Associate in the Real Estate division at GIC, focusing on credit and structured solutions in Asia. You will be involved in evaluating investment opportunities, developing financial models, and supporting deal execution. What You’ll Do

• Evaluate investment opportunities through market research and financial analysis.

What You Need

• Good academic qualifications with 2-4 years of relevant experience in banking, investment, or real estate.
